I realize it was not the location's fault that UPS internet systems were down yesterday. However my reservation was at 9:00am, Anthony did not return to open until 9:20am, then it took him almost 15 minutes before getting to me, because he was servicing other people that arrives after me. Once I was in the truck it stalled 4 blocks from the UPS store. I had to then return that truck to get another one. The second truck was working but in awful condition. It was 11am before I was able to get a working truck. I lost so much time as I needed to truck for work related matters. I had to re-arrange my entire move due to losing 2 hours of my moving time. I truly appreciate Anthony giving a discount. HOWEVER UPS needs to do better about the maintance of their trucks and making sure to stay on top of their internet services. I used Anthony twice before without any issues. But unfortunately that will be my last time. Also the side walk in front of that UPS store is filthy ! So bad that as you walk into the store strash fromt he street was blowing into the store. It was already a challenge to deal with UPS online being interrrupted. It did not help that Anthony was 20 minutes late.
