NIANI LI dropped my truck on a Saturday afternoon at 4:30. The man at the counter, who did not immediately come out when I entered the store, asked me for the amount of fuel left in the tank and the mileage. I gave him both. He told me he would close out my rental, and I would get an email in 15 minutes. Did not check my truck in until Monday afternoon. During which time I called corporate 3 different times to make sure every knew I had dropped it. Like I needed that stress or extra work?
