The customer service is great, but the lack of cleanliness in the office, is greatly missing. The steering wheel was so sticky & dirty, I had to work on it before I even started on the move. The location was very convenient for pick up & I would use it again in the future.

Ron K.QC Cleanup is a smoke/vape shop. The moving blankets I received smelled of smoke. I returned the blankets to the 5000 Ave of the Cities location. I question why U-Haul changed my rental location from my selected location in Geneseo to QC Cleanup when they could have changed to 5000 Ave of the Cities.
