richard bI arrived at 4:30pm to return the van, there was no personnel available to receive van and give me direction on where to park it. Plus there was a mechanic garage connected to to U-haul drop off place. One of them ask me for the key while I was about to drop in lock box. I thought that was weird. I wasn’t giving him the keys.
