We dropped it off on Saturday. Business was closed so there was no personnel to be helpful.

Toni BTold in Kansas that the car dolly was to be unhooked by someone on site. Was informed that that would be an additional $15, so we did it. Service representative did the same thing with information and entered it incorrectly which caused an email/text stating the truck hadn't been returned. Had to go back and straighten that out. Very disappointed
