The man working in the office was somewhat belligerent toward me when I was not able to jack the trailer high enough to put on my trailer hitch. I went back inside and purchased a lower goose neck hitch but was still about 3/4" too high. went back inside and asked for help his answer was "if you can't get it on the hitch, we can't rent it to you". I explained that the jack was partially under the surface of the gravel parking lot (probably from the previous customer and the lot was not level making my Suburban too high in the back. He came out to help but refused to speak to me. I thanked him for helping but there was no response. Very rude. The woman in the office with him was very nice and helpful.
