We did a Sunday pick up to move our son to college. We were going to drop it off in Ellensburg, but did not have a location ahead of time. My husband started a chat with somebody online and they said Ellensburg did not accept trucks only trailers. He told us we could return it to Yakima, which was way out of our way for a return trip home.. My husband asked if we could take it back to East Wenatchee. The person on chat said we could and my husband asked if there would be an additional charge and the person on chat said no there would not be an additional charge. Upon returning the truck we were charged another hundred dollars so it was all very misleading.

Maybe give customers a better warning about speed. We took our trailer across country and because the trailer would get a little "squirly" we had to keep our speeds at 55-60 mph. This was not too big of a problem, but it did prolong our trip. We were not prepared for an extra 2 days to return home. GPS shows you how long this takes at suggested speeds. Which in our case were 70-80 mph so you can guess at 55mph this was usually 4-5 extra hours on the road. We did make it back in our window however at 1:30 am.
Jennifer WLady working the counter was rude. You haul was not in great shape, had a ton of miles on it. Only positive is the air conditioning worked well.
ANDY MFront office person did a great job. It was busy, but she kept her cool. Van wasn’t clean. But it did what it needed to do.
Lynn PPassenger front trailer tire had a bulge in the side wall. Bulge was more pronounced when adding load to trailer. This resulted in me making 2 trips verse’s one trip. Paint stick the tire bulge area and notified office at return.
