How U-Haul Reviews WorkPicking up with the app sucked things loaded bad but the truck and employee was great.
Savanna HOnly one minor inconvenience: when I first went to the office to check-in during business hours, it was closed (mgr. left notice he would return at 3:30). So I had to go back later to take care of things. Otherwise, it was an all-around good experience. Pickup and return went smoothly and no issues with the truck. Staff was friendly and professional.
