My only issue is that they pro-rated me for 2 days but I only had the trailer for about 5.5 hours. They did not offer a refund on the second day. Little upsetting and feels like robbery
Joseph LI ordered a 20 foot truck three weeks prior to my move, then received notice that they only had a 15ft van, I called and requested a 26 ft truck and was assured one was on the lot. The day before I was to pick up the truck everything was cancelled. I had to request the order all over again for a 15 ft. With 3 large trucks on the lot. I was told they were for in city trucks.. Very disappointed.
KARA SOpposite of our wonderful departure experience, our arrival staff where very unfriendly and not one bit helpful. We were tired and it was raining to compound this situation; they were the worst.
