It is a location with no one manning the place I would not recommend this place to anyone when we rented the trailer we talked to two gal customer service people telling us we didn’t need to meet anyone at location to just hook and go and when we bring back to take pics on until app after we had it for a couple hours and going to take it back was told our reservation was cancelled and the trailer we got would be reported stolen if we didn’t bring it back asap which was crazy considering we reserved it and was charged! Never will use them again
Kayla MI ordered a dolley and a dozen pads to go with my truck rental. Neither of these items were available and I was not notified they would not be available. This was extremely inconvenient as I had to make immediate alternative arrangements as all of the items being moved required a dolley. Since I only had 6 hours, this put a huge strain and demand on my move. Why was there no communication? This was a fundamental requirement which made the rental experience a huge negative. Don’t leave your customers hanging without knowing you can’t complete the original order.
