This location really came through when the location at Lawrence gave my truck away and CANCELLED my reservation mere hours before I was set to pick it up. I chose Lawrence because they were closer to my location but with them changing my reservation once and then straight up cancelling it later, I will not be making that mistake again. I've picked up in Edgerton a few other times and they continue to be the only reliable uhaul rental place in the area.

JOSEPH RThe cab and cargo box floor was dirty. Tire low. Transmission on UHaul truck struggled to shift gears. Online check-in failed to work using the Uhaul ap. I had to find an apple phone. After 1 1/2 hours on the phone with UHaul customer service, I was finally on the road.
JEFFREY PMake sure to put somewhere NOT to turn your keys in when you bring it back becasue you have to take picutres of things first.
