Let people know that there is not an actual office and you will have to call to get the key. The lady that answered the call was very friendly and helpful.

Gravel driveway slippery when wet
Davud MMy pickup location was changed and this caused my included miles to go over the allotted amount included in the contract. I had to pay additional fees for overage miles that was the result of the pickup location change.
Stacey PThis location really came through when the location at Lawrence gave my truck away and CANCELLED my reservation mere hours before I was set to pick it up. I chose Lawrence because they were closer to my location but with them changing my reservation once and then straight up cancelling it later, I will not be making that mistake again. I've picked up in Edgerton a few other times and they continue to be the only reliable uhaul rental place in the area.
