STEDMAN RYou charged me $30 for safe return that I specifically said I didn't want to pay. I intended to rent the truck and pay the mileage and I said NO THANK YOU to all other additions to the cost. I am very unhappy that you charged me $30 additional and I would like a refund for that charge.
PAUL REdgewater Auto Service Center Inc is my company's go-to site for UHaul Rentals. They are friendly and extremely competent. Great place to park for an extended period. Could not recommend them more!
Mark FI called the location and spoke to Sergio. I asked him why I was charged 48 dollars after I returned everything I was given. He said the order showed I was given 12 blankets. After I explained what had happened, he apologized and gave me a number to customer service. I called the 1-800 number for U-Haul. After I explained what had happened to the rep, he said he would forward my concerns to the appropriate people. As of 10/23/24, I still have not been credited $48. I did receive a $12 credit; however, I am not sure what that is for.
