Jacob CI have rented many trailers over the years; this is the best location I have encountered. Nice, helpful, listens, considerate, easy in and out location. Sadly, other U-Haul franchisees fail to follow M&M's model and/or the baseline for exceptional customer service it provides. In short, so many give the impression they don't want to be doing what they are doing. That is not the case here. U-Haul would have a better reputation and be a better company if it did. Throw them a bone as franchisees like this one keep you afloat, not because U-Haul has a monopoly on the self-moving market segment.
