The estimate while booking the u-haul was different and the final amount that I got to pay was different. It would be good to have the estimate close to what was discussed with customer service

All was as good as it gets.
Domenick IMechanical check-up. 20' truck had a little difficulty switching to reverse, especially when facing downhill. Took a tiny bit of gas and then it fell into gear with a jerk. Suspension seemed a little bouncy too. Nothing unusual for a vehicle with over 150,000 miles on it!
