We liked the truck we used for our move and we appreciate the discount given for the inconvenience since we were supposed to pick it up in Boyle but have to drive to Edmonton instead (we were from Athabasca). What upset us was being told only at the time of pick-up that there were no dollies/hand trucks available. If we had been informed earlier, we could have made arrangements-it's not easy to move when you have a lot of heavy boxes. I hope next time there will be better communication and improvements in dealing with customers.

I have never used U-Haul before and wasnt sure what to expect. The gentleman at this location was so kind, helpful and accommodating. They dont over charge your usage, no hidden fees, overall a really great experience and value for money. Will definitely use more often!
