Not EXACTLY on the half tank line so we were charged an extra $15. It was EXACTLY on the half tank line when we picked it up in Edmonton.

Ignition switch was falling apart, had to hold ignition switch with one hand and turn key to start engine. Vehicle only had 1/4 fuel. Was doing a one way trip 1.5 hours from where I lived, was told I HAD to pay for 2 days. Had picked up van at 11 am. I had to pay $100.00 deposit, iwrote to Uhaul today to ask how long it takes to get reimbursed, so far no answer to my question.
