John PThe young men who assisted me both with pickup and drop off were super nice and it was a very smooth process.
Amanda SI was rebooked to this place by GS Helpers because they gave the 20' I booked weeks in advanced to someone else. GS Helpers promised that a 20' truck would be at this location. However, upon arrival the 20' truck wasn't in the lot, it was almost 2 hours late. I eventually had to settle with the 15' in the lot, which DOUBLED my trips to compensate for the lack of space, AND I had to pay for the gas out of pocket. Which was absolutely absurd since I'm the one who was short changed in the first place because GS Helpers gave my 20' away to someone else. However, at least the lad at Dollar Store & Groceries was empathetic to my situation. Overall the experience was awful, but that was all on GS Helpers and not Dollar Store & Groceries
