There was no Dolly, I was told I could drive somewhere to get one in the morning after half of the move is done and to add KMs onto the price and use more gas doing so, they told me to call in the next morning for a refund while I was still doing my move, not having any tools for this made this move much harder than it needed to be.

Jared PThis location was not the closest location to me but the lady who helped me was kind. The parking lot is small and it’s shared with other businesses which makes it challenging to get the truck parked where it needs to go. I did leave my moving blankets in the truck and unfortunately I wasn’t called or informed before I was unable to go back and get them. This location is efficient but parking is difficult.
