DAVID JI went there to rent the smaller truck, and it would not start. The battery was dead.. they could not get it started so I ended up having to pay extra for the bigger truck. It was also 2 km over what the last picture said.. so I paid for 2 km that I didn't drive. I think because I had to rent the bigger truck. I should have been given the smaller truck price.-

Jamal AThe attendants were very slow and unfamiliar with the process for rental of the truck. They didn't provide any paperwork for the rental at time of pickup or return. When I rented the truck over the phone I was assured that the location was a Uhaul location . This location is a convenience store not a full Uhaul location. They did not explain the insurance which I purchased so now I'm being charged while I believed that any damages incurred to the vehicle were covered by that insurance.
