Jack WI would make sure that people coming and picking up trucks actually receive the right truck and not just grab and go. The truck I was supposed to take, someone else took my keys from the lockbox ( this was before I knew which number was mine) and I had to spend over and hour trying to get a new truck when I was on a very tight schedule. The gentleman I was dealing with in the office to get a new truck was amazing, he was very helpful and made this experience a lot less stressful and overwhelming. If there is a way to improve online pickup so this does not happen to someone else, that would be great.
