I ordered 2 dollies along with the truck that were not there upon pick up. The pick up location and U Haul customer service could not rectify the situation upon pick up. I had to make a trip to buy a dolly at another store at the last minute. Later, the fee for the dollies was refunded to me. I had no issues with the truck, itself. It was clean and all components in working order. The cost for truck rental was very reasonable.

Not much of service involved to U Haul customer as the location operator was pretty occupied with his regular store business. Only reason to select this location was the vehicle which I was looking was available here, nearest to my place.
Amit Gtruck was dirty
Cornelio DVehicle is very hard on gas for the amount of driving I did. 50km I had to pay $37 to fill it back up. Very expensive
Jane EVehicle was parked at the back of the store. Very tight and narrow. Massive pothole in the middle of the path so potential for tire bursting and vehicle damage through no fault of renter. In addition, I was giving misinformation that vehicle could be returned to any location but clearly was not the case when I went to do this at a different location. Extremely stressful for something that shouldn’t have been.
