I was rebooked to this place by GS Helpers because they gave the 20' I booked weeks in advanced to someone else. GS Helpers promised that a 20' truck would be at this location. However, upon arrival the 20' truck wasn't in the lot, it was almost 2 hours late. I eventually had to settle with the 15' in the lot, which DOUBLED my trips to compensate for the lack of space, AND I had to pay for the gas out of pocket. Which was absolutely absurd since I'm the one who was short changed in the first place because GS Helpers gave my 20' away to someone else. However, at least the lad at Dollar Store & Groceries was empathetic to my situation. Overall the experience was awful, but that was all on GS Helpers and not Dollar Store & Groceries

Very good customer service good representative for uhaul
Abdalla ANot EXACTLY on the half tank line so we were charged an extra $15. It was EXACTLY on the half tank line when we picked it up in Edmonton.
Carmen MIgnition switch was falling apart, had to hold ignition switch with one hand and turn key to start engine. Vehicle only had 1/4 fuel. Was doing a one way trip 1.5 hours from where I lived, was told I HAD to pay for 2 days. Had picked up van at 11 am. I had to pay $100.00 deposit, iwrote to Uhaul today to ask how long it takes to get reimbursed, so far no answer to my question.
