Tires were brutally out of balance and shook the tow vehicle the full time it was towed. Tires were also very low on tread. This was not the fault of the store owner. How ever finding a store that had a trailer was quite frustrating as most stores weren’t much help. I went to four store locations in the Edmonton area and almost gave up renting from uhaul

10 teeter need to be AWD
Godfrey HCustomer service was excellent. The representative was very knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. Just a note. The parking lot is a lawsuit waiting to happen. As elderly folks, we both almost wiped out on the ice a few times. Maybe bringing the truck to a safe place where one doesn’t have to navigate a bumpy skating rink would be a very courteous consideration.
Michael CWent to pick up U-Haul and could not leave because truck just spun on ice underneath. Had to get more help. Got out. And got stuck again elsewhere in parking lot. Individual who was in store was good help in getting unstuck. Better maintenance of trucks and parking lots could be done
Joshua SNot only has the online booking system once again allowed me to book a trailer that was not available at the location I selected to pickup and drop-off at but upon pick up of the trailer at the new location I was informed that my drop off location had also been changed without anyone telling me. Had I known that drop off had also been changed I would have asked to pick up from a different location even though its further away. By changing my droppff location I had to take time off work to accommodate the hours of the location as the app wasn't allowing me to make an account so I could verify my dropoff before the store was open. As well the trailers at this location have no Jacks making it difficult to hook up to.
