The problems began when there was no signage to indicate where the office for U-Haul was. Then, the truck I was assigned was not present on the lot and we had to cancel a contract and produce another contract. Finally, I was assured that I could return my truck an hour or so late since it took that long to get a truck at the start of the day. However, when I arrived, the attendant was gone, and I was assigned a surcharge for late return. The attendant was very dull and did not appear to care terribly much about the customer. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
