I was told to contact U-Haul to get the return location when I was in NJ. I called and the location I was given an address that was incorrect ....there was no U-Haul at the address I was given. . I called back...after a while on the phone...the person had to give me a location for a pizza place across the street because the U-Haul address would not pull up correctly on Google maps. this caused me to return the trailer late and I was charged an extra day for being an hour late. the guy at the U-Haul was grumpy and did not tell me I would be charged the extra. I would like a refund for the extra day and insurance ...it was not my fault.
