Best U-Haul Experience and Rental Agent. Don at the Ocean Heights Ave New Jersey location who handled the rental for me made sure the Van was spotless. Also took time to explain the contract and the time to go over the controls and location of the gas fill flap which is hidden in the RAM van below the driver door. All of the Rental Vehicles' were lined up and looked like a nice selection. I chose the RAM Van as per speaking with DON on the phone. This U-Haul Location is very convenient for me. I'll be back again as Don takes care of his customers.
