Sajid IThe trailer was not “broom clean” when I picked it up. I had to remove broken glass and other garbage as well as sweep it out before I loaded it. Also when UHaul roadside responded for an issue I had the tow operators pointed out a bolt that had no nut and was working its way free from the springs on the trailer.
Ed KMy original order was moved to a different location that ended up being 15 minutes further than my original which caused me to have to spend more money on gas and miles. When I picked up the truck the airbag symbol came on and I refused to use the truck so they gave me a smaller truck that was dirty and gross inside!
Stephanie FBest U-Haul Experience and Rental Agent. Don at the Ocean Heights Ave New Jersey location who handled the rental for me made sure the Van was spotless. Also took time to explain the contract and the time to go over the controls and location of the gas fill flap which is hidden in the RAM van below the driver door. All of the Rental Vehicles' were lined up and looked like a nice selection. I chose the RAM Van as per speaking with DON on the phone. This U-Haul Location is very convenient for me. I'll be back again as Don takes care of his customers.
