There was no person to rate which is why I said no. There was no NA. Also because there was no person and I don't use an app it took y son over an hour to get them to accept truck and trailer they asked us to bring. This world needs more people working and not depending on us to use apps etc. Some of us were born way before this app stuff and we don't want to learn and shouldn't have to!!

Sajid IThe trailer was not “broom clean” when I picked it up. I had to remove broken glass and other garbage as well as sweep it out before I loaded it. Also when UHaul roadside responded for an issue I had the tow operators pointed out a bolt that had no nut and was working its way free from the springs on the trailer.
Ed KMy original order was moved to a different location that ended up being 15 minutes further than my original which caused me to have to spend more money on gas and miles. When I picked up the truck the airbag symbol came on and I refused to use the truck so they gave me a smaller truck that was dirty and gross inside!
