Mechanically, the truck was in a terrible condition. For a while, the check engine was coming on and wheels of the vehicle was hardly rolling on the road. It wasn't possible to drive the empty truck on D. Thus, I had drive it on 3, and sometimes on 2 too. I request the company to provide the leasing agency with better trucks. Winter is ahead!
mahmood M.Had to drive 2 hours out of my way to pick up the truck. No clear signage as to where the uhaul pick up was at inside the store, as it appeared to be a conveineve store and not a uhaul store.
Marielle V.We were charged for gas when the uhaul was returned without out us knowing. We actually returned the uhaul with more gas than received. It's unfortunate the lady didn't go out and go over the return with us.
