Both side mirrors were a little loose and would readjust themselves when I hit a bump. This was reported to the receiving office in PA. I could adjust the drivers side while driving but drove over 1500 miles without being able to see the passenger side very well as it would move everytime I hit a good bump.

William RWe were suppose to pick up Jin las cruces New Mexico. They made my daughter to pick up El Paso in a barren lot. The U-Haul was not cleaned up or empty. I expect some reimbursement or discount t for gas and inconvenience!!

As a matter of fact, I will be renting a 26 foot moving truck and a vehicle trailer from this location in a couple of months also. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else in El Paso to rent from U-Haul. You’ll be glad you did if you go here. Great place to do business with which is really hard to find these days, so I’m very glad I found this place.
