Great experience decent price not much more with this location but the other location in Elreno okla is very rude they need to learn how to be more polite to customers

I rented a 15' truck for $29.99 which is supposed to be an all day price. However, I picked the truck up around 9:45 am and was asked if I could have the truck back by 1pm. I didn't think it was that big of a deal since I'm supposed to have the truck for 24 hours. Anyway, I returned the truck at 1:50 pm and the girl told me I was being charged for extra time. What the fuck. How do you get charged for extra time on a 24 hour rental when you only had the truck for 4 hours. The girl at the desk couldn't explain the charges. Nonetheless, my "extra time" cost me an extra $50. Good scam you all run though! '
