It took almost an hour to get it rented, a lot of technical difficulties I suppose but the lady was very nice and helpful

IVA FIf the location doesn't allow you to drop off at a closer location, they are not Uhaul. I had to pay 17 miles of returning it when I could've returned it 1 Mile. Not happy. You aren't Uhaul. The truck was crappy had busted pieces and barely had any get up.
