The customer service we had was impeccable at this location. The representative we had was very direct and clear with his instructions and helped to streamline the process. I have a tendency to ask a hundred questions but his thorough communication meant I didn’t have to worry about any of the questions I had because he was already giving me directions for the next step as we’re finishing the previous step. I know not everyone prefers this but I absolutely do.

On the day we picked up the truck, the system was down, which was beyond anyone's control and understandable. It took us some time before we could leave with the truck. However, the staff at the Post Business Center remained calm, explained the situation, and helped keep us relaxed while apologizing for the delay caused by the system issue. We encountered a minor problem when returning the truck, but the customer support and staff at the store were very helpful, ensuring that we still had a pleasant experience. Thank you for staying calm and being prepared for any situation that might arise. The customer service was excellent!
Regie BThe dome light doesnt work. And the dial to adjust the headlights fell literally into the car dash while i was driving.
