RICHARD DNo kind of customer service the guy wouldn't even open the door. It was until I dialed customer service did I realize I HAD TO DO EVERY THNG MYSELF. THATS BS I do not work for uhaul!!! That store needs to be removed and that guy needs to fired ASAP.
