The trailer we rented had a torn tire strap, it had been tied with a thin, non-factory piece of material (VERY UNSAFE) and it had 2/3 of the license plate ripped off, all you could see was the state at the bottom, no letters (ILLEGAL)
This is where I was informed that I would not get refunded for the 2 days I didn't use it and returned it early. Very dissatisfied whit the information I was given!
Drop off locate was excellent, drop off key box was in site.
Customer service was lovely finding us a 26 footer after we received an email from uhaul we were going to have to drive 56 miles round-trip. She fixed it and sent us the phone check in lengths which we as so much quicker than old school counter check-in. Condition of truck and tires, wiper blades and mirror angles was great, cleanliness fair on inside of cab and we had to sweep out back before loading and the tracks at back of truck need rinsed from past accumulation but our stuff was wrapped so it was ok for us. We have used uhaul for over 25 years and even with the system assignment glitch of wrong location showing on the confirmation email vs booked location that we knew had a 26 ft at the beginning this was the smoothest move so far due to the phone check-in and phone dropoff. No waiting!
did not go in as I returned after hours ... it would have been nice to know I could return it electronically ... see my comments for pick up location ... I can't fault the drop off location if they were closed when I dropped it off ... maybe if at the pick up location there was an easy to read something before signing the contract that you can't see that synopsizes everything ....

Staff was very helpful, had a slight problem with the truck but they took care of it immediately and I was on my way. I would rent here again.
The representative Joe was very professional and curtious, didn't take no time to rent my truck,all the information about my truck came quickly to my phone, I will be using there devices again.
Have adapter for lightes available with rental so I don't have to go buy it.
Tried to drop off the rental about 4:30 pm. No was in the office. Office hours posted are until 5:30 pm. The keys don't fit the slot in the drop box.

The pickup was horrible I call for over 2 hours reps was rude finally after about 4 different people the last person help . I was at facility over 2 hours
Moving blankets I reserved were not available when I arrived.....had to go to another Uhaul location down the road to get some. Cost me a lot of time.
Joe was extremely pleasant to deal with and the level of customer service I received was beyond expectations

I have no complaints what so ever...the guy was very nice...it was raining so bad the day of pickup he let me pick up later and was so kind and courtesy he made me feel great. The ride was smooth and I was recommend any to that location

Called to ask about drop off instructions, voicemail hadn't been updated in over 2 months - SLOPPY. Called the mobile number that was on the door of the location and did talk to "Joe" - he seemed inconvenienced by my request to drop off the trailer the next day (Dec 30th). Joe told me to call him when I was there to drop off the trailer and he would remotely open the gate. On the 30th, I called three times, got no answer nor did I get a call back after leaving a message. Called the regional number and spoke with Samantha who told me to just drop the trailer, which I did. Was NOT impressed with Joe and his work ethic AT ALL.
Everything went smoothly. The trailer was exactly as specified on the web site. The dealer was courteous and hooked up the trailer for me. The web site also had clear instructions for hookup and safety guidelines.
For self pick up if you arrive late it might be good to. Have someone able to answer the phone because I arrived at 515 am instead of 5:00am and I hired movers so the app would not allow me to pick it up it was grayed out so I had to wait on the phone line until someone picked up at 806 then when I attempted to complete the pick up after my picture and waiting for my id to be verified you all did not accept my credit card because it was a prepaid card. I think you all should have told me online when I reserved the uhaul that you don't accept those cards because I use those card for online purchases etc so that my bank account is never compromised. So I had to wait until the location open at 9am in order to pick up the U-Haul something so simple ended up costing me 3 extra hours of paying movers that did nothing because they were waiting on me to pick up the U-Haul. The representative at the location was awesome and I would like to thank him he really made my bad experience a little better. But just because I arrived late I still would have had an issue with my payment method that you all accepted for the reservation because you don't accept prepare and I understand why but you need to tell people that or charge a holding fee
