Greg HI had reservations for two trailers and denied insurance coverage. Called to see if could pick up a day early. No problem. We picked up and while I was hooking up my fiancé paid the bill. A few hours later I noticed we were charged $30 each for insurance that I had denied on the reservation. I expect a refund.
