So I reserved a 20' truck over a month ago. No one contacted me the day before like you said you would. When I get there to pick it up I get a txt message that says due to equipment availability I am being upgraded to a 26 foot truck and I don't have any other options so this 26 foot truck is three times what I need and takes three times as much gas on average I got 6.8 miles to the gallon cost me an extra $300 in gas because you didn't have the truck I reserved a month in advance available for me so I really feel like that you need to refund me the difference of what I spent on gas versus what I would've spent with a 20 foot truck and that's the only way you gonna satisfy me if somebody don't call me and talk to me about this I will never use U-Haul
