When I talked to an agent and reserved the 10 ft truck, it was not clear I was registered for mobile app pick up. Also, the gentleman working was overwhelmed because he was the only worker, there were 5 people waiting and he was answering the phones at the same time. Made service frustrating for those in the store.

AMANDA RI forget the reps name but he was fabulous. He helped put us up with a vehicle even though there was an error on the end of U-Haul regarding descrepency in tge reserved location. Basically. It was incorrect
