RYAN SWhen I talked to an agent and reserved the 10 ft truck, it was not clear I was registered for mobile app pick up. Also, the gentleman working was overwhelmed because he was the only worker, there were 5 people waiting and he was answering the phones at the same time. Made service frustrating for those in the store.
