The older gentleman who “helped” us was extremely rude and condescending. Spoke to all of us as if we were children, didn’t not offer us any kind of helpful customer service. Finally he told me to drop off “toy hauler “ at the wrong location and I got charged $100 extra. I am very disappointed and will never use U-Haul again if this is how I am going to be treated.
