My requested equipment was not in the UHaul. The truck I was going to use was snowed in and covered in snow. The person who helped me didn't have a phone and didn't know how to make changes to my reservation.

It would have been nice to have it out of the snow when I came and hooked it up. It was in fairly deep. I had issues hooking it up, but the manager sent me a video showing me how to do it and it helped,
