Make sure the cab and box are swept out. We didn't have a broom with when we picked up and went straight to our storage unit. Didn't want to put our mattresses in the truck the way it was. Had to make an extra trip after we swept things out.

We arrived after hours but it was close to a couple of gas stations and easy to find. Location was right off the highway and easy off and on.
Cindy BI don’t think the pool company had anything to do with U-Haul truck as employees didn’t seem to, however the truck itself was dirty, had trash, barely any gas, and the app wasn’t working for intake photos. Hardly a reflection of the pick up location unless they are supposed to be monitoring the trucks.
Jamie WIt was further from where I originally booked and was a little slow getting going - but otherwise no issues.
AMANDA Wonly thing is when tried to put the mileage in on my phone, it didnt take it, so i had to go in and have them do it, so if it was closed when i dropped it off, I don't know what i would do
