Our scheduled drop off location was not even a neighborhood location anymore . We were on hold for 25 min trying to find a resolution to our drop off location. We finally called our original booking location in Evanston and our pick up location in Michigan to find out what to do. Michigan City was very helpful by reaching a dispatcher for us to identify a location for our drop off. Spending over 2,400, we expected more on the back end of our move. We have never had a bad experience with Uhaul. The neighborhood Uhaul drop off in Ellenwood , Ga told us that we had to call Uhaul to get permission to leave the truck there. When they agreed to accept the truck, they said they would check it in later. When we pushed to have them check it in before we left, we were met with an attitude like the person had more important things to do. ... we are just disappointed .

Very rude and unprofessional
This location is extremely dirty, and run down. However, the gentleman who helped me was very polite, friendly, and helpful.
The inside under the seats weren't that clean and someone else's contract was left over the visor.
I had to take his phone and clear out my own invoice, he was rushing like we were a inconvenience
Bad customer service
It took me over and hour to get processed for the rental there was a language barrier so the young lady couldn't rely what was going on. The truck I reserved was unavailable. Everything I did online to reserve the card I had to do again. The system kept going down, i had to call Customer Service for them to walk her thru the process.... meanwhile I had movers waiting at my house that I was paying by the hour. Needless to say i spent way more money moving than I would have if everything would have ran smoothly.
They over charged me and stated that I didn't fill up the tank but I have pictures of the milage and fuel level.
Please make sure they can speak and inform customer.
Truck had no gas, the guy never checked the truck out to me..just gave me the keys nor did they speak english.

This is a horrible place to rent from. They lied about the amount of gas that was in the truck and once you bring it to their attention they act as if they don't speak English. They charged me for a extra day and I returned the truck on time. Once I asked for a customer service rep they gave me one of the store employees number.. I wouldn't rent a dolly from these people. Uhaul needs to cut ties with these people because they are bad for business.
The customer services representative was very hard to understand. The truck had less than a 1/4 a tank of gas, the representative stated "Gas is too expensive". The truck had a "Oil Change Needed" service light on, representative stated "Too expensive let them deal with it in Jacksonville". The weather stripping on the driver side was almost completely disconnected, we fixed it. I feel for the amount of money that is spent renting a truck I shouldn't of been rented a truck in need of service.
The worker was trying to rent me a truck that had a headlight out and check engine light on( previous knowledge of the issue and stated he knew already). When myself and fiancÃ© went inside to get issue resolved(there were 2 other trucks available) the man became very rude and woman behind counter tried act like she didn't speak English when she had previously been talking to me to get paperwork completed. It was a horrible horrible experience, not likely to use uhaul ever again.

Stop over charging. Why have a drop box if people are going to be charged for a whole extra day anyway. I was charge 107.10 for a 19.95 uhaul just to move stuff up the street. I honestly dont want to have the need to use uhaul ever again. And this was my first time using uhaul !! Now I have to wait 5 -6 days for my refund .

The staff inside have no clue about what is going on. I set up to pick my uhaul up via mobile app and they had not checked in the truck which someone else had just returned, therefore it said i had no vehicles assigned to my reservation so i needed to go inside. They basically told me I had to fill out another application inside which i didn't want to do because I didn't want to be charged twice. After checking in the truck i was then able to use my app to complete the process after doing a paper application as well. once i dropped the truck back off i received the receipt from the app in my email with the charge for vehicle plus mileage. That was deducted from my account but i still have a pending charge of the vehicle plus tax from the paper copy which was what i was trying to avoid. I spent an hour just trying to get the truck-it was a lot and stressful.
The agent at the store had no idea of how to use the system. Although I showed him the confirmation number he still requested an alternate number. I had to call customer service and wait overall 50mins before I was given the keys.

The staff was really friendly, they made the process easy, when I went to check out the truck, I forgot my license and credit card inside and the agent ran out to ensure I received it. Very nice people, I would definitely use this location again.
