The van was very stinky , not cleaned at all . I put gas in to where was but went over by prob 8-10$ .. had for day brought back less 3 hours one couch and dresser . I paid good for going over by 10 km .

Everything was great but the per km rate at 1 dollar limits use. Great customer service. I would rent from them anytime.
KEVIN JThe box/bed of the truck smelled rancid. Similar to rotting corpses. This was not scene on initial inspection as we were looking outside the vehicle. However when I got my location opened the back door of the truck to start loading up the smell was apparent instantly. It small stuck to my items and also would drift into my new building spoiling everything.
CHAZ JThe reservation process was terrible. Your national reservation system is defective for small offices such as Miramichi. The staff at the Miramichi office were not friendly, office was disorganized and not welcoming.
SERGE CThe employees there did not clearly explain the difference in the charges for the drop off locations for the trailer. For example, my drop off location was estimated at a certain dollar amount and I wanted to drop off the trailer at a closer location to my home and that end up costing me over $100 more and they did not explain that to me up until they charge my credit card.
