The reservation process was terrible. Your national reservation system is defective for small offices such as Miramichi. The staff at the Miramichi office were not friendly, office was disorganized and not welcoming.

The employees there did not clearly explain the difference in the charges for the drop off locations for the trailer. For example, my drop off location was estimated at a certain dollar amount and I wanted to drop off the trailer at a closer location to my home and that end up costing me over $100 more and they did not explain that to me up until they charge my credit card.
