I was overcharged. The truck smelled like cigarette smoke. Was not full of fuel. The back of the truck was filthy and I had to take time to clean it before we could use it. I was misquoted on the phone, only to be charged more, and then overcharged a day when it was done.

The truck worked well mechanically and had decent fuel economy despite having quite high mileage. But, the cab doors were misaligned and hard to close. The rear door and ramp were in need of lubrication. There were difficult to open and close as well.

The ratchet mechanism on one side of the car carrier was seize and wouldn't work. I had to soak it with WD 40 overnight before I could load my car

Never in my life did I ever have the worst experience at the fundyline Miramichi NB. Location. The truck was not ready for me at all, not swept out. Very dirty. The gas gauge was way off then what was in the truck.tank the cleaning fee you can save if bought back clean is false advertising.Its. Indicated right in the back of the truck mentioned it and was told it was a promotion before.Then why is it still up for ppl to see. Poor experience ever

Price increase of over $1000.00 in the last 2 months is ridiculous. $463 in November....$1500.00 in February. Cheaper price for the next customer would be great!!

Windshield was cracked before I picked it up, there was a very loud noise like a bad belt the entire time, and I was charged for 98km even though I only drove 59km according to Google maps. Highly recommend doing a complete inspection of the truck before leaving the lot, and get a picture of the odometer before and after. Either they were wrong about the before odometer reading or the truck is counting them too quickly. If there was an alternative to U-Haul I would be using it.

The cargo bay floor was covered in hay but didnt see this until we opened the back up at the location we were going to. Inside the cab was dirty. Food on the floor behind the drivers seat. Cup holders were sticky and previous renters personal belongings left in it.

The floor in the back was covered in hay. Had to sweep out before using it. Cab Cup holders sticky and full of dirt. Windshield washer spray nozzle kept freezing up. Had to stop 4 times at a store to buy hot water to pour on it to thaw until summer spray worked its way out to the good winter spray we put in.

interior front windsheild s where very unpleasant as they were so dirty but the rest of the units cleanliness was fine.

The staff were good. However. The process for renting a simple 5x8 trailer took 45 minutes. Paperwork.
