The girl working clearly had no training and wasn’t sure what she was doing. Along with arguing with my husband and charged us extra fees that were not in the contract. We filled the truck up to what it was when we pick it up and she still charged us an extra $80. Worst experience do not use this location.

linda mI get there to drop off truck and car carrier 1 day earlier and I pulled in and some guy come out telling me to put the truck in the back and for me to disconnect the unit and the front desk at the moter the guy said they where close so I left T the truck and unit together I am not allowed to touch this stuff and the fuel was exactly the amount that I got withe truck I took pictures and I cleaned the truck I do NOT TRUST THIS ESTABLISHMENT WHERE I DROPPED THE TRUCK AND TRAILER OFF The guy was not happy when I said I wouldn't disconnect the unit NOT A nice place to go they don't speak very good English at all either I'm very sorry for this review I have reanted a fair amount from u haul each time I have to drop there it seems to be an issue!!!
