We were a tad bit late on dropping the trailer off. This is the second time we have used this location and neither time have they assisted with helping us unhook the trailer. Never said we were being charged for the few hours we were late or even asked why we were late. Had my bank not notified us we were charged we would not have known!

Lilia NAccess to trailer blocked by customers parked car, had to wait for customer to return to location and move car. Equipment was very old, heavier than other U-Haul trailers of same size, harder to hitch/unhitch when empty. Has poor tire down bars - very inconvenient
