Very easy to park location. When I dropped off my rental, I went online and followed the instructions. Again, U-Haul has streamlined this process and it makes it easier for customers to pickup/drop off.

cass bNo contact during drop off. Put keys in drop box and as soon as I got into my rides car. Someone came out the door grabbed keys out of box and headed for truck. We tried to say hello and he ignored us. We rated our pick up excellent. Would never use this drop off location again even though it saved us 148.00 to do so. Not worth driving 27 miles for that non friendly experience.
