There was no dolly available during check in, cashier told me to tell the person I checked out with to remove the charge. Upon checkout I was told they could not help me with that issue.

There isn’t any information on where to park other than a hand written note on a sign in their store window. There needs to be more information clearly posted, either in the email confirmation, online, or at the store. After turning into the only parking lot nearby I had to back out, then after parking across the street, I checked out, and then went to the shop to drop off the keys and then I find out I need to park in back. It was just a hassle.
