Hard to find
VANESSA CInconvenient to get to back lot, also since my pick up location was moved, this location did not have furniture pads nor mattress cover I ordered
CAROLYN NThere was no dolly available during check in, cashier told me to tell the person I checked out with to remove the charge. Upon checkout I was told they could not help me with that issue.
Christopher SThere isn’t any information on where to park other than a hand written note on a sign in their store window. There needs to be more information clearly posted, either in the email confirmation, online, or at the store. After turning into the only parking lot nearby I had to back out, then after parking across the street, I checked out, and then went to the shop to drop off the keys and then I find out I need to park in back. It was just a hassle.
