there was a bit of a snag with the sign out using the app but everything else went smoothly.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe APP was slow and didn't load the requirement for damage photos until after we left the location. It would be helpful if the pickup process in the app started with full instructions and steps before starting so I would have known pictures of the truck were going to be required.
Matthew PEverything was in order. Thank you
ANDREW PJust a little better communication about having to use the app to pick up the truck and that it would be at a different location for pick up other than the location I reserved it at.
oliver fmy truck was given to me with no oil in the motor and low transmission fluid, and my experience was not great. what was supposed to be 1-2 hours, turned to 4, and no reimbursement or voucher for the experience.
