The uhaul check in and check out process was absolutely asinine. Having me need to provide an alternative contact or a copy of my rental agreement (which I don’t have because i own my house) WHILE I’m trying to pick up the vehicle is crazy. I have rented from you many times in the past. The verification could have been done ahead of time, once preferably, or at booking time when I actually have access to the documents you are asking for! It made pickup and drop off take so incredibly long it was laughable. I will certainly be thinking twice about doing that again because of how painful and unnecessary that process was. The guy at the garage I picked it up at sympathize with my pain.

This was an easy pickup and the truck was in great condition. I would say the area is pretty remote and at night, it was a little scary for a woman alone. The truck is in a darker area near some woods and the keys are kept near the front door of the business. Just an FYI for someone planning their pickup maybe bring a friend.

BARRY FThis is the second rental in the past month from two different locations. Both were well located for my objectives. However I was led to believe based upon the detail offered on the website there would be support equipment available. The first location I had selected two furniture dollies and the second a standard dolly. In both cases neither was available. I made do with a standard dolly from the first location and the appliance dolly substitute was of minimal benefit. Both owners apologized for the lack of the equipment and suggested they had no way to manage what is offered on the site. This is a big dissatisfier, primarily with the website for it does not allow me to find a solution in advance of showing up to do my moves.
