Be more transparent. Too many hidden fees at the end and beginning. I have never experienced so many different fees without notice and upon me getting the truck I had to put gas in it and still was charged more at the end and I didn’t use so the gas I put in there which left the truck more gas than what I started with. The place has no air. The truck was dirty in the back filled with particles of glass. I will still to going to U-Haul forget the side dealers.

Joyce HThe place was closed when they were supposed to be open and I had to wait for an hour. The cabin of the truck was filthy. The restaurant itself was very dirty. I was given dirty uhaul blankets off the floor instead of clean. This is probably why we found a dead roach on a blanket later on. I would not pick up at this location again.
