The overall cost ended up being way more than I expected. I reserved it for one location then when I got there to pick it up they didn't have the one I reserved. I called 24/7 support and was told my pick up location had moved to a different town 30 minutes away, however, I was never notified. Due to the change we lost 2 hours of the time we needed to get my son moved out of his apartment.
